We've been a family business since 1990, when Rick Bousum's father started the company, and Rick has led it since 2023. Being family-run means we answer to the people we serve directly, without a distant headquarters setting our priorities or a sales quota telling us to grow for its own sake. When the person guiding your money is also the person whose name is on the door, our accountability to you stays personal.
